ANSWERS 1.Yes, it is easy to operate, one worker can take care two machines at same time, the whole course is: wick molds, pour wax, shave off extra wax left on machine surface to make candle bottom flat, after being cooled completely, crank out candles by rotating handwheel, leave candles on the machine, make next pouring, then cut wicks to take first batch and repeat this work again and again.
The water cooling chamber had been specially design in the machine, which ensure candles being cooled in short time, but not influence candle quality. Users are suggested to use water pump allowing cooling water recycling. The table below showing combined characteristic of wax temperature and cooling water temperature.
3.Before first pouring, put spooled wicks on wick pins under the machine, from downside to upside, guide wick end by a long needle through pusher and piston (there is hole in center of pusher and piston), then mold pipe, take it on machine surface, fix them on wick bar, it keeps all wicks at center of each mold.
You do not repeat this work until you replace new wick spool.
4. For most of candles, we use copper pipes, 0.8-1mm thick, draw to requested shapes, inner sides of each mold will be plated to ensure good appearance of shaped candles. For some complicated candle shape, we use alloy molds, we process to achieve diversified patterns, the molds can be pushed out of the machine, open the mold to take candle out. The mold is so durable if you operate and maintain the machine properly, normally, the machine can work for you at least 10 years. 5. With our 18 years experience, we can make molds from small birthday candle with diameter 3mm to big pillar of 5" diameter, as long as the candle is not extra long or big diameter, our machine can shape it. Candle shape is not problem, we can make taper, spiral, votive, pillar, floating, tea light, egg, ball, animal, Christmas, star, heart ... any shape if you can image.
6.The machine can make candles using beeswax without any problem.
7.All molds are welded with the machine, it is not changeable, we can make machine with changeable molds, considering costs and operation difficulty, we suggest our customers to order fixed molds machine.
8.We give no deadline for our guarantee, will serve for all our customers any time being requested.
Will refund your payment or make new machine by free, if: 1.The shaped candle is not same as offered samples 2.The molds on one machine have different sizes. 3.Mold broken before first pouring.
And, if you get problems during production, we offer technical support, we may supply some parts free of charge even it is damaged due to improper operation. 9. Currently, we are unable to accept Credit Card, for Custom-made product, we request 50% downpayment and balance against copy of shipping documents, for ready-to-sell products, we accept the same payment or letter of credit by sight. 10. We ship Custom-made machines in 30-45 days from date of confirmation.
