Spooled wicks
It is important to choose the right wick so the
candle will burn slowly with an even flame and will not drip or smoke.
Selection of wick size is determined by the diameter of the candle and by
the hardness and melting point of the wax used. The increase or decrease
of any additives could make it advisable to use a larger or smaller wick
size.
Always test burn
your wick and wax combination to be sure it is correct for use
